I had a wonderful experience with Menor Motor! Joel, the owner, was professional, honest, and great to work with from start to finish. The pricing was fair, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. After the repairs were completed, my car was running like new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend Menor Motor and especially Joel to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and professional auto repair. Thank you for getting my car back in great condition!

I cannot say enough positive things about Joel and Menor Motors. I took my car for an inspection and I was so impressed with his garage. Menor Motors and Joel will be the only place I will take my car for maintenance and repairs from now on. Thank you Joel!!

I was from out of state and only in Newport for the summer when my car's steering system broke down. The first place I brought my car to quoted me $6000 to fix the whole lower control arm system and power steering system. This did not feel like the issue to me, so I brought it to Menor Motors instead. Not only did they completely fix the steering in one day, they also took the time to talk to me to find the actual root of the issue and replaced it for a fraction of the cost. These guys are honest, kind, fairly priced, and I would 100% recommend taking your car here.

We are so happy we found Menor Motors in Newport! Joel is an incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic who truly cares about his customers. He always gives us a realistic timeline for when our vehicles will be ready, and he consistently delivers on time. Joel has worked on all of our family's cars, and every experience has been excellent. His pricing is fair, his work is efficient, and the quality of his repairs is outstanding. It's hard to find a mechanic who is honest, reliable, and communicates so well, but Joel checks every box. Thank you Joel and staff!

I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Joel took the time to explain everything clearly, gave fair pricing, and completed the work faster than I expected. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Joel genuinely care about his customers and the quality of their work. My car is running perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or maintenance. If you’re looking for reliable service, honest mechanics, and great customer care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
